My Story

This picture you see is of me crying on the ground of my kitchen floor after yet another kiddo meltdown. This was during COVID and I had just had my second daughter; juggling motherhood, a full time job in HR and a husband traveling for work had me hit my “breaking point” with how things were going. For most of my life I looked to EVERYONE else for direction. I depended on approval, being liked and accomplishments to make me feel like I was worth something. Then, I had kids and sh*t got a lot worse. Yes of course, I love my kids more than anything but HOLY CRAP was I out of my league and I finally realized I needed to have a reckoning with how I was living my life. To be the best mom and human possible, I needed to reparent myself and discover who I truly was and want to be. Lucky for me this was all in the cards for me.. part of my destiny and part of why I came here this time around….⬇️

TO GO THROUGH THE FIRE AND RISE UP, THEN TEACH OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.

Beyond my certifications and work experience, I am an empath, psychic, mom of two girls, wife to Pete, singer, guitar player, native San Diegan, life coach, program creator, leader, friend, sister, public speaker, group facilitator, boundary pusher, 6/2 Sacral Generator, and so much more.

I want to work with you. You, your company, your family, your friends… everyone. Cause, its not just one type of person that needs this work… its any soul who deep down KNOWS IN THEIR BODY that there is more to this life than drudging along and dreading everyday. …. no no no.   • Mother of two gorgeous little girls, about three years apart.. Marley and Saylor. They are so amazingly and uniquely designed, what a privilege to witness their soul’s unfolding.

  • My sisters are my best friends. 

  • I taught myself to play guitar when I was 13 through tablature, and repeat playing the song “You Were Meant for Me” by Jewel… over and over and over… 

  • Singing is a huge passion of mine and how I embody my feelings. When I was a kid, I thought I might want to be a jingle-writer for commercials. Sometimes I still pretend.. ;) 

  • Human Design is not only my career its my passion… pairing that with Positive Parenting tools has changed the way I view raising my girls. Not only do I coach it.. I LIVE IT everyday.
